About Us

Lodge 1075 has been planting roots on W. Milton Ave longer than most Rahway residents can remember. Walk through the front door and you immediately feel it: handshakes from people who mean them, a bar where your name gets remembered after the second visit, and a genuine sense that this building belongs to the neighborhood, not the other way around.

Ask anyone who has stopped in for the first time and the reaction is almost always the same: they leave convinced they need to join their local Elks. The lodge runs a 10-lane bowling alley that dates back decades, a ballroom that has hosted everything from retirement parties to community fundraisers, and a social hall that fills up fast on event nights. The building carries its years proudly, and a renovation push is already part of the conversation among members.

The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks has always tied its identity to service, and Lodge 1075 is no exception. Scholarship programs, veteran support, youth activities, and local charity drives keep the calendar busy year-round. Membership here is not a fee you pay once and forget. It is a standing invitation to show up and do something that matters.

What We Offer

Lodge 1075 offers its members and guests a full slate of reasons to come back regularly. The bowling alley is a centerpiece, a genuine vintage lanes experience that you simply do not find at a chain entertainment center. Social events, holiday parties, and private rentals fill the ballroom calendar throughout the year.

On the service side, Elks scholarship funds award money to local students annually, while veteran outreach programs connect former service members with support and community. Youth programs give families another reason to get involved beyond just attending a dinner or a dance.

The lodge also maintains a full-service bar and dining area for members, making it a natural stop after work or on a weekend afternoon. Hosting a milestone event? The rental spaces accommodate everything from intimate gatherings to large receptions, and the membership team will walk you through every detail.

"An amazing organization always the first there to assist their community, with friendly welcoming members who greet you with open arms and a smile. Although there are some much needed renovations, the building still offers quite a unique old style architecture with those hand crafted details and workmanship rarely seen in today's quick fix, built in a month sterile market. With several full service bars and multiple rooms of varying sizes , including a huge great room, this facility can host any type of event with ease. -Dl"

"First time here today and let me just tell you, these are all incredible people here. Not a member, but I'm now convinced to go join my local Elks. This place has an old bowling alley that's over 100 years old! Pretty neat. Stack your own pins but if you're nice to let you throw a strike. Unfortunately they plan to sell this four-lane historic bowling alley but I say we bring it back and start doing some league stuff . Maybe do an 80s and above senior league. That would be fun! -NoNonsenseKnowHow"

The Elks gave America
Flag Day.

Long before it was a national observance, the Order set aside June 14th to honor the flag. Patriotism has always been one of our cardinal principles, and every lodge meeting still closes the same way it has for over a century.
